Your personal data is processed by Mühür Hukuk ve Danışmanlık ("the Firm") as data controller, in accordance with Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and applicable legislation.

2. Data Processed and Purposes

Through the contact form we process your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message, solely for the purposes of:

  • Responding to your inquiry,
  • Preliminary assessment and scheduling of consultations,
  • Keeping communication records.

3. Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of KVKK (establishment or performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations; legitimate interests of the data controller), and your explicit consent is additionally obtained via the consent checkbox.

4. Transfers

Where necessary to respond to your request, your data may be shared with the Firm's IT service providers (email and hosting) for that purpose only and under appropriate safeguards. Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention

Contact-form data is retained for at most one year after the request is closed, and then deleted, destroyed or anonymized. Data of clients with an attorney–client relationship is subject to statutory retention periods.

6. Cookies

This website does not use third-party trackers or advertising cookies. Only limited, essential technical mechanisms are used.

7. Data Subject Rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and third-party recipients, request rectification and erasure, object to automated decisions and claim compensation for unlawful processing.

8. How to Apply

Requests may be submitted in writing to the address above or through a notary, and are answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
